Fees:
Insurance Accepted: Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), Kaiser (Out-of-Network), Molina Healthcare, Optum, TriWest, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC/UBH).
Cash Pay Available
Length of Treatment:
We offer 50 minute sessions, occurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance.
Short term (6 to 8 weeks) or long term (6 months or more) is available. You will determine the length of treatment. We will review follow up care and resources.
Both in person and telehealth options available.
Confidentiality:
Therapy sessions are confidential. However it is required by law to report child abuse, dependent adult abuse, elder abuse, and threats of physical harm to self or others.
Cancellation Policy:
Please give at least 24 hours notice if unable to attend appointment. Cancellation fee may occur, exceptions will be made for emergencies. If you miss 2 or more appointments within a 30 day period, we will pause treatment until you are ready to proceed.
